FYI Ground Pork Hamburgers are waaaaayy juicier than beef burgers, and we prefer them 90% of the time! All you really have to do is portion the ground meat into patties of about 1/4 pound each and flatten them before seasoning well with salt and pepper on both sides! Then just onto the grill like any other hamburger!
