I’ve had some customers ask me when their Whole Pig will be available this year. In the past I’ve raised pigs like most other farmers, buying feeders in the spring and raising them up for slaughter in the fall. Over the past year or so I’ve been perfecting my farrow to finish operation and I am happy to announce that I have pastured pig perfection all year round now, all raised 100% on Full Boar Farm in the sun on the dirt and access to fresh well water. These are heritage genetics I’ve selected from my Large Black Hog, Duroc, Berkshire, and Gloucestshire Old Spot genetics.
